One of the world’s most important musical festivals will be holding its tenth edition at the Iberdrola Music space in Villaverde from 8 to 11 July 2026 . This edition has already confirmed the presence of renowned groups and artists on the music scene, such as Foo Fighters, Florence + The Machine, Twenty One Pilots, Lorde, Pulp, Wolf Alice, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Jennie, Moby, The Last Dinner Party, Kings Of Leon, The War On Drugs, Halsey, Teddy Swims, Pixies, The Black Crowes and David Byrne, among others.
In 2026, Mad Cool will once again feature a programme over four days, reaffirming its commitment to an ambitious proposal in terms of music and experiences. The chosen venue, Iberdrola Music, which has hosted the festival since 2023, stands out for its capacity, accessibility, and infrastructure, which have enabled the event to grow without compromising the production quality that characterises it.
The line-up for its tenth anniversary brings together more than 70 first-rate artists, such as Foo Fighters, Moby, Florence + The Machine, Lorde or Nick Cave, featuring a new, revamped artistic proposal, characterised by days with their own identity.
The American alternative rock group Foo Fighters will head the line-up on the first day with a show that is set to become one of the highlights of this edition. This concert will combine its greatest hits with material from its latest album. This will be a unique opportunity to see the group in Spain in 2026, as part of its global Take Over Tour .
The American producer and musical composer, Moby is another big surprise. Composer of classics, such as Porcelain or The Last Day , he will perform a show full of energy and memorable moments.
Florence + The Machine , the British Indie rock band’s return to Madrid stands out on Thursday, 9 July as part of its latest tour to promote its new album, Everybody Scream . The band led by Florence Welch will perform a show for all the senses. On the same day, the Australian artist, Lorde will make her debut in the city with her charisma and characteristic synth-pop to the rhythm of the songs from her fourth album, Virgin.
The tenth anniversary will draw to a close on Saturday, 11 July featuring a performance by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds . Multi-faceted and charismatic, the Australian musician will fill the stage with his presence and that of his musicians, reviewing their greatest songs.
The Black Crowes, Pulp, The War On Drugs, Wolf Alice Pixies, Halsey, Teddy Swims or the South Korean artist, Jennie , who has just released her solo album apart from the popular K-pop band, Black Pink, are some of the other groups and artists who will also be appearing on stage in the tenth edition.
Throughout its history, Mad Cool Festival has featured performances by major artists, such as The Cure, Neil Young, Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode, Green Day, The Who, Lauryn Hill and Foo Fighters. Since opening its doors for the first time in 2016, it has become one of the most popular events in Europe and won the NME Award for Best Line-up of the Year 2018 awarded by the British magazine NME , one of the most prestigious in the music sector.
