Traditional Castilian décor and cuisine in this well-established restaurant, which specialises in roast dishes. Famous for its lamb and sucking-pig, it also offers many other delicious Segovian specialities, such as judiones de La Granja (stewed broad beans). All the dishes are cooked in a traditional wood oven, which gives them a special texture and flavour.
