Founded in 2021 by Bernardo Vicente Schenoni, this ice cream parlour located in the Chamberí district offers high-quality, handmade ice creams made with all fresh, natural ingredients.
One of their delectable signature flavours is Capricho Persa, made with saffron and cardamom, which helped earn the shop third place in the Iberian Challenge of the Gelato Festival World Masters and qualify for the next Gelato Festival World Masters in 2025, which will be held in December of this year.
In addition to ice creams, the shop also serves cakes and semifreddos, which customers can enjoy on their outdoor terrace.
