The young indie-rock talent from New York will be coming to Spain for the first time to present his debut album as part of The Late Nights & Young Romance Tour. The concert will be held at the Vistalegre Arena Palace on 24 February, in which he will perform songs from I Barely Know Her (2025), including popular hits, such as Back to Friends, Undressed and 12 to 12.
Shane Michael Boose, known artistically as sombr, is an American singer, songwriter, producer and Internet celebrity from the Lower East Side. He has become one of the most promising voices on today’s indie‑rock scene, thanks to songs like Caroline, released in 2022 when he was only 16 years old and which has already accumulated tens of millions of plays.
He released his first single Nothing Left to Say in 2021 and his first EP In Another Life in 2023, via Warner Records and his own label, SMB. His intimate and melancholic style can be enjoyed in this concert with songs like Back to Friends, Undressed, Would’ve Been You or Do I Ever Cross Your Mind, which have connected with millions of listeners on digital platforms.
He is an up-and-coming singer who has been nominated in the Best New Artist category at the 2026 GRAMMY Awards, hence consolidating his meteoric rise from platforms, such as TikTok with his hits. At the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, Sombr won the Best Alternative Video Award for Back to Friends and was nominated for the Best New Artist.
