Organised by the Madrid Designers’ Association (DIMAD), a new event was held from 25 to 27 September at Matadero Madrid’s Central de Dise\u00f1o venue. \u00a0The aim of Big Food was to highlight the interaction between gastronomy and design<\/strong>, featuring cooks, restaurant owners, producers and some of the most acclaimed creative professionals from the world of design.<\/p>\n

Michelin-starred chefs alongside young talent, artisan and contemporary producers, owners of classic and cutting-edge restaurants, plus some of the most outstanding figures from the world of design all worked together to offer a tapa that represented the fusion of the two disciplines.<\/p>\n
