{"id":2631,"date":"2019-06-18T08:18:11","date_gmt":"2019-06-18T08:18:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.esmadrid.com\/mcb\/en\/?p=2631"},"modified":"2019-06-18T08:18:11","modified_gmt":"2019-06-18T08:18:11","slug":"biophysics-ebsa-madrid-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.esmadrid.com\/mcb\/en\/news\/biophysics-ebsa-madrid-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Biophysics for life and technology, in Madrid 20 to 24 July"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><strong>Madrid will hold, from 20 to 24 July, the 12th Congress of the European Biophysical Societies&#8217; Association, together with the 10th Congress of Biological Physics from the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Under the slogan &#8220;Biophysics for life and technology&#8221;, this Congress will deal with some of the most cutting-edge issues nowadays such as DNA structure or genetic regulations.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>From 20 to 24 of July, Madrid will hold the 12th congress of the European Biophysical Societies&#8217; Association, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebsa2019.com\/index.php\">EBSA 2019<\/a>,\u00a0 together with the 10th Congress of Biological Physics from the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Biophysics for life and technology<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Under the slogan &#8220;Biophysics for life and technology&#8221;, the Congress will bring to the IFEMA Palacio Municipal in Madrid researchers from all over the world specialized in the application of the methods and techniques of physics to cutting-edge biological problems.<\/p>\n<p>DNA structure, the study of proteins, the functioning of cells or genetic regulation are some of the issues to be the object of attention during the Congress.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions will welcome more than a thousand participants, including speakers leaders of their respective fields, and the Nobel laureates Sir Gregory P.
