The total number of passenger seats offered between the two Iberian countries in the summer of 2015 is over 710,000, 8.8% more than in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, in July the airline also began to offer d<strong>irect flights on its Madrid-Medell\u00edn-Cali route<\/strong>. With direct flights to Bogot\u00e1 and now to Medell\u00edn and Cali, Colombia is currently the Latin American country with the most direct flight destinations serviced by the Spanish airline from its hub at Adolfo Su\u00e1rez Madrid-Barajas Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The new route will run three times a week, on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Flights will be direct from Madrid to Medell\u00edn and from Cali to Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The world\u2019s largest passenger aircraft, the A380, touches down in Madrid<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emirates Airline\u2019s <strong>A380, the world\u2019s largest passenger aircraft,<\/strong> has begun to service Madrid. It arrived from Dubai on the same day the airline celebrated the 5th anniversary of its operations in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The double-deck plane will add <strong>2,900 passenger seats per week<\/strong> to those already offered between Madrid and Dubai.
